心理诱导联合行为护理干预在学龄前儿童龋齿治疗中的应用效果

【摘 要】目的 探究学龄前儿童龋齿治疗过程中应用心理诱导联合行为护理干预的效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2023年1月湖南中南大学湘雅口腔医院儿童口腔科收治的60例学龄前儿童龋齿病患儿,随机分为参照组和试验组,各30例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组给予心理诱导联合行为护理干预,比较两组患儿家属满意度、口腔健康状况、不良情绪和治疗配合度。结果 试验组患儿家属满意度评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后焦虑、抑郁、恐惧评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后口腔健康评分、口腔pH值、口腔感染率均优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后疼痛感、情绪恶化评分低于参照组,角色认知、总治愈率状况评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理诱导联合行为护理干预在学龄前儿童龋齿治疗中的应用效果确切,可减轻患儿的不良情绪,有利于提升其治疗配合度,从而进一步优化口腔健康状况,提高龋齿治疗效果,且患儿家属对护理模式的满意度较高。【关键词】心理诱导;行为护理;学龄前儿童;龋齿
