【摘 要】目的 探讨护理美学在护理学基础实验教学中的应用效果。方法 选取在昆明医科大学第一附属医院学习的2022级与2023级的60例护生为研究对象，以年级不同分成对照组与观察组，每组30例。对照组采用传统教学方法，观察组则引入护理美学，比较两组考核成绩、教学质量以及满意度。结果 观察组理论及实操成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组教学质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组教学满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理美学在护理学基础实验教学中的应用效果确切，可有效提升护生考核成绩与综合素质，提高学生对教学工作的满意度，同时还有助于提高教学质量。
