【摘 要】目的 分析健康教育联合心理护理在皮肤瘙痒症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取自贡市第一人民医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的70例皮肤瘙痒患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例，分别予以常规护理、健康教育+心理护理，比较两组心理状态及生活质量。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组物质生活状态、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在皮肤瘙痒症患者中，健康教育及心理护理的应用，可缓解或减轻患者的不良心理，改善其生活质量。
