【摘 要】目的 观察夫西地酸乳膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗重度痤疮的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年12月泰安八十八医院收治的60例重度痤疮患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为A组、B组，各30例。A组予以夫西地酸乳膏治疗，B组在A组基础上联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗，比较两组痤疮严重程度(GAGS评分)、临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 B组治疗1、8周后GAGS评分均低于A组(P<0.05)；B组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于A组的80.00%(P<0.05)；B组治疗后INF-γ、IL-17、IL-18水平均低于A组(P<0.05)；B组不良反应发生率为10.00%，低于A组的13.33%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 夫西地酸乳膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗重度痤疮的效果良好，可有效减轻患者的痤疮严重程度，同时还可以降低炎性因子水平，并且治疗兼具安全性，具有一定的临床应用价值。
