【摘 要】目的 探究在颌面部创伤中应用美容缝合技术的效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2023年5月我院收治的42例颌面部创伤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组21例。对照组采用常规缝合技术治疗，观察组采用美容缝合技术治疗，比较两组治疗满意度、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、颌面部创伤瘢痕长度及伤口愈合情况。结果 观察组治疗满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组心理功能、物质功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%，低于对照组的42.86%(P<0.05)；观察组术后瘢痕长度短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组伤口愈合情况主观评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤中的应用效果确切，可缩短瘢痕长度，提升患者的生活质量，有利于降低术后不良反应发生几率，提高患者的治疗满意度，值得临床应用。
