【摘 要】目的 分析整形美容修复技术在面部创伤治疗中应用效果。方法 选取中国人民解放军南部战区总医院2022年1月-2023年5月收治的80例面部创伤患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组采取常规治疗，研究组采取整形美容修复治疗，比较两组整形修复效果、临床指标、瘢痕情况、生活质量及修复满意度。结果 研究组面部创伤恢复优良率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；研究组水肿时间、伤口愈合时间、拆线时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组色泽、厚度、柔软度、血管分布评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组修复满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论 面部创伤治疗过程中采取整形美容修复技术可以有效促进创面愈合，提高面部美观度。
