【摘 要】目的 探讨树脂贴面与瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月漯河市第二人民医院收治的86例前牙美容修复患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组采用树脂贴面，观察组采用瓷贴面进行修复，比较两组修复优良率、牙齿功能、美观度、变色牙修复情况。结果 观察组修复优良率为95.35%，高于对照组的79.07%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组修复后咀嚼效率、美观度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组着色、磨损、折断和脱落、牙龈反应、牙髓反应等变色牙修复效果评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前牙美容修复中，相较于树脂贴面，瓷贴面在提高患者修复牙美观度方面更具优势，有助于促进修复优良度的提升，值得临床应用。
