【摘 要】目的 探讨使用阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月容城县人民医院收治的82例银屑病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和研究组，每组41例。对照组使用阿维A胶囊治疗，研究组使用阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗，比较两组临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%，高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后生活质量各项评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%，低于对照组的26.83%(P<0.05)。结论 阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病，可提高治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，且安全性高。
