【摘 要】目的 探讨上穹窿联合筋膜鞘悬吊术及提上睑肌缩短在重度上睑下垂中的作用。方法 选取我院2022年4月-2023年4月诊治的50例重度上睑下垂患者，随机分甲组、乙组，各25例。甲组行额肌悬吊术，乙组行上穹窿联合筋膜鞘悬吊术及提上睑肌缩短治疗，比较两组矫正效果、并发症发生情况、生活质量改善情况、外观满意度。结果 乙组矫正适中率为96.00%，高于甲组的64.00%(P<0.05)；乙组术后并发症发生率为4.00%，低于甲组的24.00%(P<0.05)；乙组治疗后睡眠、自理活动能力、食欲、疼痛及精神评分均低于甲组(P<0.05)；乙组外观满意度为92.00%，高于甲组的64.00%(P<0.05)。结论 上穹窿联合筋膜鞘悬吊术及提上睑肌缩短可提升重度上睑下垂患者矫正效果，减少术后并发症发生风险，进一步提升患者术后生活质量，且患者对于术后外观的满意程度较高。
