    【摘 要】目的 探讨冰黄肤乐软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗结节性痒疹的效果。方法 选择徐汇区凌云街道社区卫生服务中心2021年4月-2023年6月收治的70例结节性痒疹患者为研究对象，根据用药方案不同分为对照组和研究组，各35例。对照组给予地奈德乳膏治疗，研究组给予冰黄肤乐软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗，比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的77.14%(P0.05)。结论 对结节性痒疹患者采用冰黄肤乐软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗的效果良好，可有效减轻患者的临床症状，且不会增加不良反应发生几率，对于提高患者的生活质量具有积极意义。
