    【摘 要】理想的软组织填充材料需达到组织相容性好、无排异、效果持久、无毒、安全的要求。而自体皮肤成纤维细胞在移植后能够较为长期的存活，且可以分泌胶原蛋白，在医学美容的除皱抗衰老、创伤修复、嫩肤方面有一定疗效。本文对成纤维细胞进行概述，并对自体皮肤成纤维细胞在医学美容中的应用优势作一综述，以期推动我国细胞领域的医学美容研究发展。

    Application Progress of Autologous Skin Fibroblasts in Medical Cosmetology

    【Abstract】The ideal soft tissue filling material should meet the requirements of good histocompatibility， no rejection， lasting effect， non-toxicity and safety. Autologous skin fibroblasts can survive for a long time after transplantation， and can secrete collagen， which has a certain effect on wrinkle removal， anti-aging， wound repair and skin rejuvenation in medical cosmetology. In this paper， fibroblasts are summarized， and the application advantages of autologous skin fibroblasts in medical cosmetology are reviewed in order to promote the development of medical cosmetology research in the field of cells in China. ......
