    【摘 要】随着现代医学美容技术的发展，进行注射填充的患者呈现年轻化趋势。注射填充技术为皮肤或皮下组织填料提供了部分支撑作用。由于这一技术在操作、安全、可重复应用和治疗后的长期临床效果等方面的优势，在临床中被广泛使用，以透明质酸为主的注射填充尤为常见。透明质酸主要用于填充和增强因老化或其他因素而失去体积和水分的面部组织。然而，随着持续使用透明质酸注射填充，以面部馒化为主的并发症随之增加。本文就面部注射填充透明质酸引起馒化及修复治疗、其他早期和远期并发症及修复治疗作一综述。
