    【摘 要】目的 探討水杨酸联合米诺环素治疗痤疮的价值。方法 选取赤水市市中街道社区卫生服务中心2020年7月-2022年7月收治的126例痤疮患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各63例。对照组采用米诺环素治疗，观察组采用水杨酸联合米诺环素治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤相关指标、GAGS评分、生活质量以及不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.83%，高于对照组的76.19%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 水杨酸联合米诺环素治疗痤疮疗效理想且安全性高，可有效改善临床症状，进而提升其生活质量。
