    【摘 要】目的 观察复方黄柏液湿敷联合黄光治疗在面部激素依赖性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选择寿光市人民医院皮肤科2021年6月-2023年3月收治的80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。對照组予以黄光治疗，观察组予以复方黄柏液湿敷联合黄光治疗，比较两组症状和体征积分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的75.00%(P0.05)；两组复发率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者采用复方黄柏液湿敷联合黄光治疗的效果优于单一黄光治疗，可有效改善患者的面部症状和体征，且不会增加不良反应发生率和复发率。

    Clinical Effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Wet Compress Combined with Yellow Light in the Treatment of Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis
