    【摘 要】随着社会经济发展、医疗技术的进步以及大众对美好生活的追求，医美行业蓬勃发展，需要大量高素质医美人才。本文介绍了成都医学院通过院校合作，创新医学教育，创新临床医学本科医美人才培养的模式，对临床医美人才培养方案制定，理论与实践教学模式的构建及对首届临床本科医美班培训效果进行分析总结，介绍成都医学院初步培养临床医美人才的情况，以期为本科医学院校开展医学美容方面的人才培养提供一定参考。
