    【摘 要】多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸(PDRN)是一类特定规格的脱氧核糖核酸片段的混合物，主要从鲑鱼的精子细胞中提取和纯化。PDRN具有抗炎、组织修复、促进伤口愈合、刺激血管生成、抗黑色素及抗衰老等多种生物活性，已在皮肤领域得到了广泛研究，现本文就PDRN在皮肤中的研究进展作一综述，旨在为PDRN的开发与利用提供科学参考。

    【Abstract】Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is a mixture of specific DNA fragments that are extracted and purified primarily from the sperm cells of salmon. PDRN has various biological activities， such as anti-inflammation， tissue repair， wound healing promotion， angiogenesis stimulation， anti-melanin and anti-aging， etc. It has been widely studied in the field of skin.
