    【摘 要】超皮秒激光具有目前市面上最短的脉宽和最高的峰值功率，作为一项新型激光技术已广泛应用于多种皮肤病的治疗。超皮秒激光最初用于祛除文身，因其具有效果好、不良反应少、停工期短等优点，后来逐渐被相关研究证实可有效治疗色素增加性疾病、光老化及萎缩性痤疮瘢痕等。本文就超皮秒激光在临床皮肤病的应用进展作一综述，以期促进超皮秒激光在临床皮肤病治疗中得到更广泛的应用。
