微螺钉种植体支抗结合MBT直丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌的效果
孙贤宝 孙晓奕[摘 要]目的 探討微螺钉种植体支抗联合MBT直丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2019年1月-2023年9月收治的70例安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组予传统支抗与MBT直丝弓矫治,观察组予微螺钉种植体支抗与MBT直丝弓矫治,比较两组颌骨指标、上颌牙位置及软组织状态。结果 两组干预后SNA、SNB、ANB、GoGn-SN比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后OP-SN角小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后U1-NA、Apg-U1以及Ptm-U6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后U lip-E、L lip-E距离短于对照组,Z角大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌采用微螺钉种植体支抗结合MBT直丝弓矫治效果确切,能有效改善上颌及唇突状态。
