    [摘 要]目的 探讨中重度痤疮患者应用异维A酸胶囊间歇给药治疗的效果。方法 选取青县人民医院皮肤科2022年5月-2023年5月收治的60例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组予以异维A酸胶囊传统每日疗法治疗，观察组予以异维A酸胶囊间歇疗法治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情況。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的83.33%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的26.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中重度痤疮患者应用传统每日疗法和间歇疗法给予异维A酸胶囊治疗效果相当，但间歇疗法给药可降低不良反应发生几率，值得临床应用。
