    [摘 要]目的 探究透明质酸钠复合溶液治疗颈部水平皱纹的临床效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2022年4月于嘉兴曙光医疗美容医院治疗颈部皱纹的50例女性患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=26)。对照组予以透明质酸凝胶治疗，观察组予以透明质酸纳复合溶液治疗，比较两组临床疗效、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后WAS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组满意度为88.46%，高于对照组的62.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率7.69%，低于对照组的37.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠复合溶液治療颈部皱纹疗效确切，且安全性较高，可提高患者满意度。
