    [摘 要]目的 分析健康指导对剖宫产肥胖产妇切口愈合及美观性的影响。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月医院收治的100例肥胖产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施围术期护理，观察组增加了健康指导，比较两组产妇术后3个月的切口愈合情况、瘢痕情况、切口美观满意度。结果 观察组甲级愈合占比高于对照组，乙级愈合、丙级愈合占比低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组VSS、OSAS、PSAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组切口美观性满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论 健康指导可有效提升剖宫产肥胖产妇的切口愈合效果，改善切口瘢痕情况，且产妇对切口美观性满意度较高。
