    [摘 要]目的 研究在急性湿疹患者运用中医护理的临床效果及对生活质量、并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2022年5月-2023年5月沂水县高庄镇中心卫生院诊治的60例急性湿疹患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为参照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。参照组应用常规护理，试验组应用中医护理，比较两组生活质量、湿疹病情、睡眠质量、心理状况、并发症发生情况及护理效果。结果 试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组EASI、PSQI、SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理总有效率为96.67%，高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论中医护理可有效改善急性湿疹患者临床症状，提高睡眠质量，缓解消极情绪，提高生活质量，降低并发症发生率，进而提升整体护理效果。
