    [摘 要]目的 探究综合护理干预应用于急性荨麻疹患者治疗中的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年8月联勤保障部队第九〇一医院收治的120例急性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理，比较两组护理效果、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为98.33%，高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预在急性荨麻疹患者治疗中具有较好的辅助作用，可提升护理效果和护理满意度，有利于减少治疗过程中的并发症发生几率，促进患者尽早康复。
