    [摘 要]目的 探析套筒冠聯合精密附着体治疗牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 选取香河县人民医院口腔科2022年1月-12月收治的80例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组和治疗组，各40例。参照组予以套筒冠修复治疗，治疗组予以套筒冠联合精密附着体治疗，比较两组临床疗效、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、不良反应发生情况及治疗满意度。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于参照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后菌斑指数评分及牙周袋深度均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于参照组的22.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组满意度为92.50%，高于参照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对牙列缺损患者采用套筒冠联合精密附着体治疗，可提升临床疗效，保持患者牙周健康，降低不良反应发生几率，且患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。
