    [摘 要]目的 分析对牙列缺损患者采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗的美容效果。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年6月我院收治的90例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各45例。对照组采用口腔种植治疗，研究组采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿美容效果、口腔功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)；研究组牙齿排列整齐、咬合舒适、前牙覆盖与深覆颌良好、面型协调占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后咀嚼功能、发育功能、美观功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率为2.22%，低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。结论 对牙列缺损患者给予正畸联合口腔种植治疗的效果理想，可提高口腔美容效果，改善牙齿功能，同时有利于降低不良反应发生几率。
