    [摘 要]目的 探讨强脉冲光联合果酸换肤治疗黄褐斑的临床效果及对皮损评分的影响。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的62例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组31例。对照组使用强脉冲光治疗，研究组使用强脉冲光联合果酸换肤治疗，比较两组皮损评分、氧化应激反应指标及临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗后皮损评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后MDA含量低于对照组，GSH-Px及SOD含量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的77.42%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强脉冲光和果酸换肤联合治疗黄褐斑可改善患者皮损评分，缓解皮肤氧化应激损伤，提升临床疗效。
