    [摘 要]目的 分析氯雷他定片联合甘草锌颗粒对慢性荨麻疹患者的影响。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的82例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组41例。对照组给予氯雷他定片，观察组给予氯雷他定片联合甘草锌颗粒，比较两组血清炎症指标及症状评分。结果 两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IgE、IL-4、IL-10和hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后瘙痒严重程度、风团面积、风团数量、皮肤划痕和持续时间评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 氯雷他定片联合甘草锌颗粒可有效减轻慢性荨麻疹患者的炎症反应和临床症状，值得临床应用。
