    [摘 要]目的 比较采用无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术进行口腔正畸的效果。方法 选择2020年4月-2021年9月于我院口腔科行口腔正畸治疗的60例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组开展固定矫治技术，研究组开展无托槽隐形矫治，比较两组临床疗效、美观度及口腔功能。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的86.67%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组美观优良率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后ME、SO、MF指标均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术的正畸效果均较为理想，但采用无托槽隐形矫治进行口腔正畸的牙齿美观度更优，同时有利于保障患者的口腔功能。
