    [摘 要]目的 分析乳牙龋病患儿接受光固化树脂治疗的效果。方法 选择我院口腔科2020年4月-2022年6月收治的60例乳牙龋病患儿为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组30例。对照组开展光固化膏体树脂治疗，研究组开展光固化流动树脂治疗，比较两组治疗效果、生活质量、美观度与舒适度评分。结果 研究组治疗成功率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后6、12个月ECOHIS量表评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后6个月美观度与舒适度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳牙龋病患儿接受光固化流动树脂治疗的成功率较高，可改善患儿生活质量、提升美观度与舒适度。
