    [摘 要]目的 探討在牙缺失患者口腔种植修复中应用数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板的效果。方法 选择我院2020年6月-2023年6月收治的80例牙缺失患者为研究对象，以修复方案不同分为对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组给予常规种植修复，研究组给予数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板种植修复，比较两组临床疗效、种植体位置偏差、咀嚼效率、生活质量、治疗满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗优良率为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)；研究组种植体顶部、根部、角度、深度偏差均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组术后3个月咀嚼效率高于对照组，OHIP-14评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗满意度为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板在牙缺失患者口腔种植修复中的应用效果确切，可有效提高患者的咀嚼效率，减少种植体位置偏差，且应用安全性较高，对于改善患者生活质量、提高治疗满意度具有积极意义。
