    [摘 要]目的 探究口腔种植技术应用于口腔修复的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年3月于高新长河口腔门诊部行口腔修复的40例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组给予传统义齿修复治疗，观察组给予口腔种植牙修复治疗，比较两组牙齿功能及临床疗效。结果 观察组咀嚼功能、固位功能、语言功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的60.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统方法相比，采用口腔种植技术在恢复患者牙齿固位功能、咀嚼功能及语言功能方面更具优势，同时有利于全面提升修复效果。
