    [摘 要]目的 探讨二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣中的效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年8月我院接收的100例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组实施二氧化碳激光治疗，观察组实施二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗，比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及免疫功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗可有效降低尖锐湿疣患者的炎性因子水平，同时提高患者免疫功能，效果较佳。
