    [摘 要]目的 观察综合护理干预对口腔正畸患儿依从性以及心理状况的影响。方法 选取我院口腔科2022年1月-2023年6月接诊的82例实施口腔正畸的患儿为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组41例。对照组予以常规口腔正畸护理干预，观察组予以口腔正畸综合护理干预，比较两组口腔健康情况、依从性及焦虑状态。结果 两组护理后口腔健康情况评分高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组依从率为97.56%，高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)；两组护理后CFSS-DS评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔正畸治疗的患儿中应用综合护理干预能够改善患儿的口腔健康状况，缓解其焦虑情绪，提升对治疗干预的依从水平。
