    [摘 要]目的 探讨口腔颌面美容整形术患者应用人文关怀联合精细化护理的效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年5月于邹平市人民医院行口腔颌面美容整形术的92例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分成对照组和干预组，每组46例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予人文关怀联合精细化护理，比较两组心理状态、口腔功能恢复效果及美容效果满意度。结果 两组干预后BAI评分、BDI-Ⅱ评分均低于干预前，且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预组口腔功能恢复总有效率为93.48%，高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05)；干预组美容效果满意度为97.83%，高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀联合精细化护理在口腔颌面美容整形术患者中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的心理状态，促进口腔功能恢复，且患者对美容效果的满意度较高，值得临床应用。
