    [摘 要]目的 分析对肿瘤化疗致脱发患者采用综合护理干预的效果。方法 选取我院2022年4月-2023年4月收治的80例肿瘤化疗致脱发患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组采取常规护理干预，研究组采用综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果、脱发数量、心理状况以及健康状况。结果 研究组护理总有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)；研究组护理后1、3周脱发量低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组护理后KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肿瘤化疗患者采用综合护理干预可以改善脱发症状，护理效果好，同时可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高身体健康程度。
