个性化健康教育联合心理护理在银屑病患者中的应用效果
徐艳丽[摘 要]目的 探究在银屑病患者中应用个性化健康教育联合心理护理的效果。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月本院收治的50例银屑病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化健康教育联合心理护理,比较两组健康知识掌握度、心理状态及银屑病严重程度。结果 观察组护理后知识、态度、行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理第4、8、12周PASI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个性化健康教育联合心理护理在银屑病患者中的应用效果确切,可有效提升患者对健康知识内容的掌握程度,改善其心理状态和病情,值得临床应用。
