    [摘 要]目的 分析30%水杨酸联合红蓝光治疗面部轻中度痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法 选取我院皮肤科2021年8月-2023年4月收治的90例轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各45例。对照组予以30%水杨酸治疗，研究组在对照组基础上予以红蓝光治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为86.67%，高于对照组的64.44%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 使用红蓝光联合超分子水杨酸治疗轻中度痤疮疗效更佳，且不良反应轻微，患者接受度高，值得临床应用。
