    [摘 要]目的 探究對前牙牙列缺损患者行口腔种植修复治疗的美学效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2023年6月我科收治的72例前牙牙列缺损患者为研究对象，根据修复治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。对照组采用常规修复治疗，观察组采用口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组口额面部美学价值及牙列美观满意度。结果 观察组DESI总分低于对照组(P0.05)；观察组牙龈轮廓、齿间乳头位置、牙弓连续性、前牙轴向、邻接位置、中切牙比例评分及口内项目总分均低于对照组(P0.05)；观察组牙列美观满意度为94.44%，高于对照组的80.56%(P0.05).
