    [摘 要]目的 觀察牙齿美白胶脱色治疗四环素牙及氟斑牙的美白效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月我院治疗的54例四环素牙及氟斑牙患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组27例。对照组采用传统脱色治疗，观察组采用牙齿美白胶脱色治疗，比较两组治疗效果、牙齿外观评分、美观满意度、敏感持续时间、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%，高于对照组的81.48%(P0.05)。结论 牙齿美白胶脱色治疗四环素牙及氟斑牙的美白效果确切，可提升牙齿外观美观度，缩短敏感时间，且患者对治疗的满意度较高。
