[摘 要]目的 比较光疗法与免疫调节在白癜风治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取寿光市皮肤病防治站2021年10月-2023年10月收治的130例白癜风患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组，每组65例。对照组采用免疫调节治疗，观察组采用光疗法治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.38%，高于对照组的86.15%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 光疗法和免疫调节治疗白癜风均可达到治疗目的，但光疗法效果更佳，且不良反应发生风险较低，值得临床应用。
