[摘 要]目的 探讨对脂溢性角化病患者实施龙珠软膏联合调Q 532 nm激光治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的80例脂溢性角化病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用调Q 532 nm激光治疗，观察组采用龙珠软膏联合调Q 532 nm激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后情绪、机体状态、生活状态、外出社交、自信心、工作学习、锻炼、家庭生活、人际关系及容貌焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 龙珠软膏联合调Q 532 nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病的效果良好，可促进皮损消退，有利于提升患者的生活质量。
