[摘 要]目的 探讨铸瓷贴面和烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年5月-2023年5月接受口腔美容修复治疗的患者60例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组应用烤瓷全冠修复治疗，试验组应用铸瓷贴面修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、疼痛感、牙周情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)；试验组咬合力、咀嚼效率、VAS评分、PD、BI、AL优于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。结论 采用铸瓷贴面进行口腔美容修复效果优于烤瓷全冠，且美观度好、口腔功能恢复佳，对于牙周组织刺激更低，值得临床应用。
