[摘 要] 皮肤科是医学领域的一个分支，专注于研究、诊断和治疗与皮肤及其附属器有关的病变。皮肤科知识涉及的病种繁多，且与其他各临床各学科联系密切，在理论授课和见习中难以有效把握相关知识。多维度教学模式不仅有利于提升皮肤科住院医师培训质量，也利于医师熟练掌握所学知识，激发学习兴趣，营造良好的学习氛围，弥补传统培训中轮转时间短、广度有限等弊端。本文以本医院为例，利用多维度教学，从建立皮肤性病学视频图片资料库、运用多媒体和网络教学的操作技能、案例教学、增加互动，探讨总结多维度教学在皮肤全科住院医师培训中的应用效果，以期提升住院医师培训的整体水平。
