[摘 要]目的 检测陇东南地区荨麻疹患者的血清过敏原特异性IgE、IgG水平，并分析其与荨麻疹的发病关系，为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法 选取我院2021年3月-2023年2月收治的500例荨麻疹患者为观察组，选取同期体检的300例体检健康者为对照组，比较两组血清过敏原特异性IgE、IgG水平，并对其阳性率进行分析。结果 观察组过敏原特异性IgG阳性率为92.00%，高于对照组的60.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其中食物过敏原特异性IgG阳性率中牛奶阳性率最高，为80.43%；观察组过敏原总IgE阳性率高于对照组，差异有统计学意意义(P<0.05)，其中树组合、艾蒿、鸡蛋白特异性IgE阳性率较高。结论 荨麻疹患者血清过敏原特异性IgE、IgG水平升高，可能与其发病有关，其中常见过敏原为树组合、艾蒿、鸡蛋白、牛奶等。
