[摘 要]目的 探讨系统性护理干预对睑内翻矫正患者术后心理状况及预后满意度的影响。方法 选取我院2022年12月-2023年12月收治的74例接受睑内翻矫正术的上睑内翻患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组37例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予系统性护理，比较两组心理状况、舒适度及美观满意度。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组心理、生理、社会文化和环境舒适度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理后美观满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过系统性护理，可以使上睑内翻患者的心理状况得到改善，提高患者的舒适度和美观度，值得临床应用。
