[摘 要]目的 分析在口腔颌面外科术后应用个性化护理的效果。方法 选取我院2022年5月-2023年6月收治的66例口腔颌面外科患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各33例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个性化护理，比较两组口腔清洁情况、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组口腔清洁优良率为93.94%，高于对照组的75.76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为96.97%，高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为3.03%，低于对照组的21.21%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔颌面外科术后予以患者个性化护理的效果理想，可有效提升口腔清洁程度，有利于降低术后并发症发生几率，提高护理满意度。
