    [摘 要]目的 探究羥氯喹联合光电治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取我院2020年9月-2023年9月收治的158例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各79例。对照组予以羟氯喹口服治疗，观察组予以羟氯喹口服治疗及光电治疗，比较两组症状积分、临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后毛细血管扩张、丘疹、红斑、脓疱积分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 玫瑰痤疮发生后联合应用羟氯喹、光电治疗效果较佳，可改善疾病症状、生活质量，且安全性较高，值得临床应用。
