    [摘 要] 近年来，随着我国医学技术的逐渐发展，相关研究人员通过在正畸粘结剂中添加抗菌剂来实现抗菌功能，常用的抗菌剂包括氯己定、二甲基己基锡等。抗菌性正畸粘结剂是一种应用于牙齿正畸治疗中的粘结剂，可在粘结治疗过程中释放抗菌物质，有效抑制细菌的生长，预防口腔感染。同时，由于正畸治疗过程中，口腔软组织容易受到损伤，引发口腔溃疡和口腔炎症，正畸粘结剂材料的发展为口腔正畸装置性能完善创造了条件。本研究就近年来抗菌性正畸粘结剂的研究进展作一综述，以期进一步推动临床口腔正畸技术的发展。

    [Abstract] In recent years， with the gradual development of medical technology in China， researchers have achieved antibacterial function by adding antibacterial agents to orthodontic adhesives. Commonly used antibacterial orthodontic adhesives include chlorhexidine and dimethylhexyltin. Antibacterial orthodontic adhesive is a kind of adhesive used in orthodontic treatment.
