    [摘 要] 前牙间隙是牙科常见病，对患者咀嚼功能、面部美观都有一定影响。引起前牙间隙的因素较多，治疗时也应根据原因采取对症治疗措施。传统口腔正畸治疗重视恢复患者咀嚼功能，对口腔美观性修复重视不足。因此，有必要将美容修复与口腔正畸治疗进行结合，进而改善患者生活质量。基于此，本文针对美容修复结合口腔正畸治疗前牙间隙的相关研究作一综述。
