    [摘 要]目的 探讨冷光美白技术与夜间活髓牙脱色技术协同治疗四环素牙的效果。方法 选取哈尔滨市口腔医院2022年1月-12月收治的96例四环素牙患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，各48例。对照组实施冷光美白技术治疗，试验组实施冷光美白技术联合夜间活髓牙脱色技术治疗，比较两组治疗效果、美白效果及牙齿敏感度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为95.83%，高于试验组的75.00%(P0.05)。结论 冷光美白技术与夜间活髓牙脱色技术协同治疗四环素牙的效果较好，能提升牙齿色阶，改善牙齿颜色，且治疗后患者牙齿敏感度低，值得临床应用。
